What we publish
We publish ingredient lists, why each ingredient matters, how a home version can be made when appropriate, what can be grown, what should be sourced, and what should be left out because of risk or uncertainty.
What open formula does not mean
Open formula does not mean every brand asset, label, supplier contract, or manufacturing document is public. It also does not mean home preparations are equivalent to tested products. It means we refuse mystery blends and explain the reasoning.
Why exclusions matter
Some ancient ingredients are unsafe, restricted, poorly identified, or inappropriate for daily wellness use. Saying no is part of the standard.
