Seed strategy
Seeds are central to the mission because they prove we are not gatekeeping. Users should be able to grow some of the formula themselves. The seed program starts with easy, compliant, U.S.-sourced seeds and expands only after regulatory review.

Not every ingredient should be sold as seed
Carob, clove, green tea, pomegranate, and licorice are not beginner seed-kit plants for most people. We should teach them honestly and source them when appropriate.
Compliance notes
Seeds shipped in interstate commerce are subject to labeling rules, and imported seeds may require permits, phytosanitary certificates, inspection, or may be prohibited or restricted. AncientModern.ai should begin with reputable domestic seed suppliers and formal label review.
