Kitchen Capsule Notes

Why the capsule product is harder to reproduce safely at home and what a food-level approximation can look like.

Why capsules are different

The Respiratory Resilience Complex is designed for standardized extracts. That means the home version cannot be equivalent unless you have access to tested extracts, a precise scale, label review, and safety knowledge. AncientModern.ai still shares the ingredient logic, but we do not recommend casual high-dose home capsule stacking.

Home approximation

A safer home approximation is culinary use: turmeric with a pinch of black pepper in food, green tea as a beverage, ginger tea, pomegranate as food, garlic in meals, and black seed as a culinary seed. This is not the same as the finished product.

Ingredients that need extra caution

  • Piperine: affects absorption and metabolism.
  • Green tea extract: liver-safety concerns in concentrated forms.
  • Garlic extract: bleeding-risk concerns.
  • Licorice: blood pressure and potassium concerns if glycyrrhizin is present.
  • Zinc/vitamin D: easy to double-stack with other supplements.

Our stance

We publish the logic. We sell the tested version for people who want professional sourcing and quality control.
